The Healing Service is held each Wednesday evening at 5:30pm. It's usually a small group, fewer than a dozen, that meet and pray together. It's a brief (less than an hour), but powerful service which gives each person an opportunity to pray for others and have others pray for them.
The following prayer, from The Book of Common Prayer, is part of the simple service.
I lay my hands upon you in the Name of the Father, andof the Son, and of the Holy Spirit, beseeching our Lord JesusChrist to sustain you with his presence, to drive away allsickness of body and spirit, and to give you that victory of lifeand peace which will enable you to serve him both now andevermore.
